My priorities revolve around staying healthy and fit whether through exercise, food, or meditation. 

I am a very spiritual person and do not affiliate myself with any religion although I hold most religions in very high regard and appreciate aspects of many which I incorporate into my spiritual practices.

I do not judge, and have a very open mind as I believe we are all equal opportunity humans.  We all have the same right to be here and enjoy this earth.  We also have a right to be responsible for the care we take and the relationship we hold with mother earth.

My strongest accomplishment to this day is the illustration for the book, The Faeries' Guide to Green Magick from the Garden.  I was the poet, and wrote the faerie speak as well as the illustrator which was published by Random House in 2010.  The book has now been translated into French and is sold on Kindle.

My most proud accomplishment is being an artist by trade for over 23 years.  I took a few years off to sell businesses and take care of my newborn babies but all in all, I am a true artist who has been in the world of art since I was in high school.

My artwork can be found translated into products such as statues, decorative tiles, rubber stamps, fabric patches, specialty scented perfumes, books, calenders, ornaments, boxes and more. 

I have done energy paintings on stage with favorite authors and speakers.  Painting their energy in front of up to 200 retailers.  The list includes but isn't limited to James VanPraugge, Marianne Williamson, and Byron Katie.

I have also been guest speaker and featured speaker at local events and sat on panels at the famous Faeriecon in Baltimore Maryland.

All of this while raising my girls and being a wife.

None of this has come easy. But then again, nothing worth anything ever is.

I live in Colorado with my family and am loving life.
