I have learned that no matter how I view myself,
Others will see great things in me.
No matter what mood I am in,
My possibility will still show up,
I just have to take it.
No matter how positive I try to be,
Someone will not want to hear it.
No matter how negative I am,
Someone will be impacted.
I have learned no matter how well I draw,
Someone will always be better.
No matter how much I hate a piece,
Someone will always love it.
No matter how I change myself,
Someone will not be satisfied.
No matter how I try to protect myself.
I will still get hurt.
I have learned no matter what
I am me.
I am powerful.
My authentic self will always do what is necessary
To lead me where I want to go.
And external influences
Will only affect me by what I choose to make them mean.
And how vulnerable I choose
to be.
There is power in vulnerability.
There is also risk.
There is inauthenticity in safety,
And there is little value in being what everyone else wants.
Because no one really knows what they want.
Be yourself.
Be proud of who you are and what you do.
Represent your self authentically,
And you will find your place.
Honor your craft
And love every piece of it.
The perfections and the flaws.
And whatever you do don’t change for anything or anyone.
Only grow.
Own your power.
